Quality of life population study in Kostroma and Kostromskaya region

Quality of life population norms in Kostroma and Kostromskaya region were obtained. 949 residents of Kostroma town and Kostromskaya region aged 18-85 years old (women, n=519, men, n=430) were included in this study. Quality of life parameters were assessed using of SF-36 questionnaire.
Quality of life parameters in women were statistically significantly lower then in men. Quality of life changes in women and men depending on age were shown. Relationship of quality of life parameters different social risk factors was determined.
